Kayak Safety
This is the start of a section on kayak safety. It will include information on hypothermia, rescues, gear and other safety related topics. Please feel free to send suggestions on what you think should be here.
If you are interested in obtaining a "Cold Water Boot Camp” DVD, please contact Mac Carter at maco@iinet.com. He has a limited number of DVD’s available and they are FREE. The only requirement is that you commit to share the DVD with at least 3 other people who kayak in cold water, such as Puget Sound. You can also watch the video at this website.
